Due to the nature of makeup and cosmetic products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened, used, or tested.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

You may be asked to provide clear photos or a video showing the product and packaging so that we can verify the issue.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for an approved return:

• The product must be unused and unopened.

• The original packaging should be intact.

• The product should be returned in the condition in which it was received.

• Proof of purchase or order details may be required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used makeup and cosmetic products are generally non-returnable.

Products that have been damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear may also not qualify for a return.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, the refund method and processing time will depend on the payment method used for the order.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact you to arrange an appropriate refund method.

Exchange / Replacement

Where applicable, an incorrect, damaged, or defective product may be replaced with the correct product instead of issuing a refund.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved because we sent the wrong or damaged product, Chand Makeup Store may cover the applicable return shipping cost.

Returns requested for reasons other than an error or defect may be subject to return shipping charges.
